Workshop shouldn't be a requirement, it's cosmetic and it's like 60M to unlock the cannon alone.

To me its a minigame

Not gonna disagree with the Magic spells but it's honestly not something I'm going to enjoy doing.

Edit: Really don't want the Slayer rewards thing, I honestly don't wanna unlock Aquashits from Kuradal.

Sounds good, but I don't like the sound of getting bones to peaches, lol.

Edit; Because even though it's "part of the skill", it's unlocked through a mini-game and has no real use unlike other spells

I think requirements should be;
99 in all skills, except:
120 in Dungeoneering
All Quests complete
All Tasks complete
All Music unlocked
All Magic unlocked *MINUS* bones to peaches
Maximum Kudos in Varrock museum
All "Hidden" content complete
