I wouldn't mind a castle wars goal for the cape, but sadly i still didn't get any castle wars rank even though i've got over 2200 tickets... (and youguys stole a 100 too :o)!
As for all music tracks: I currently have all of em i think apart from 'victory is mine' which requires a god damn champion scroll. In the time i've been playing i should've at least gotten a few of them without even trying, yet i haven't gotten any single one of em and i even camped earth warriors/imps/goblins for quite a while.
Other than that it's looking good

Try cannoning goblins in lumby. Even faster (use range)

Actually the fastest is skeleton, the level 11 or something in the catacombs below lumby
Using d darts and good range gear, ideally void and deflector with arma body and pots you can typically 1 hit them, and they respawn fast enough to continue going.
Using a bonecrusher and the demon horn necky you can afford to pray too, Rigour would be great to boost the number of 1 hits
You can kill close to 2000 per hour
Fastest in my eyes anyway
