Not sure if this falls under adding other capes "functionality" or not, but will the completionist cape have -4.5kg weight like the spottier cape gives?

I wouldn't think it would have negative weight. Plus I don't even remember the last time I ever had 0 run energy so it would be completely pointless.
Ok you might be able to find some use for that, but really not needed. I'd rather it weigh like 50kg if it had good stats
