Rowley, my mistake, thought that the completionist cape would take over from the 'maxed' cape, because it includes all the requirements. ;)

Lady Diva, the drop rate should be a bit increased to get a champions scroll. During all slayer tasks, and my characters runescape career, didn't receive a single scroll.

When I began to slay imps in the god wars dungeon, I got the imp champion scroll after a few thousand kills, staying there for a few days.

Maybe the drop rate could increase a bit more after defeating a champion, or there could be a 'fixed' guaranteed drop for the scrolls for each creature.

Lets say the scroll didn't got dropped after defeating 1000 imps for example (throughout the whole runescapian career), the scroll would get 100% dropped after 3000 kills. That would make the champions challenge more fun and interesting to do, instead of being luck based and get no scroll at all even after 5.000/10.000 kills. ;)

I agree with the 'bring on the insane requirements' sentiment expressed by many other posters. I like the name completionists... after all it's a little double-edged.

On one hand a cape that included your original checklist would be hugely prestigious... but, let's face it... it would also be a swishy testament to compulsive game play... or just having been here for a really long time.

I do like the idea of this garment being an extremely rare sight, even though the requirements rule me out from ever getting one. It is tempting to vote for the content you can see yourselves completing... but I like the idea of something that's one hell of a stretch. After all time devalues or makes common much of what was once 'rare' here.

I definitely think the POH statue should be included, to me it represents the 'skilling' side to runescape. It also brilliantly epitomises the slightly insane persistence I associate with completion. (The same goes for the chompy hats.) Defeating all champions should definitely be on the list, but it has to be possible to eventually get the drop.

I assume some of the hidden content/extra quest content you're talking about includes unlocking all of the white knight equipment. I would hope that champion scrolls could be made to work a bit like unlocking access to the white knights' armoury, after x number of kills you should definitely get that elusive challenge.

I'll probably get mems for 1 month at the end of this semester just so I can do the quests and other reqs for this cape and get it, haha.

And get 1b exp too hopefully.

What is this "court cases are based on luck" nonsense?

1. Go to Karamja resource dungeon

2. Kill imps+lessers for their scrolls

2. Before you get any champion scroll you'll get a court scroll in <1 hour

Requirements for the cape should be:
99 everything + 120 Dungeoneering
All songs unlocked
All quests completed
All tasks completed
All emotes unlocked

other than that, no!!

ill not no life scape to get MA ranks, chompy hats and other useless things that ill never use or enjoy.

120 in Dungeoneering
All Quests complete
All Tasks complete
All Music unlocked
All Magic unlocked
Maximum Kudos in Varrock museum
All "Hidden" content complete

That sounds good Chris. If you would include things like 5k cws wins chompy hat (that would be something i would complete) and champion's challenge the cape should be uber uber and you would need 200 million xp in all skills.
