I've copied my personal thoughts from my thread where I'm trying to compile all minigame/miniquest/other reqs for the cape.

The QFC is 260-261-611-62624595



My idea regarding the cape:

All of these things should be required. None of these things are repeatable and so the game cannot be completed without having done them... the only things that should not be required are things which cannot be unlocked anymore (Duel Tourny rank, getting bunny ears and etc).

For issues of Shattered Hearts + court cases I recommend letting players own the cape, provided that they've completed everything else, but on a probationary status--that is, they have to keep doing the court/statue things every week/2 weeks or they can't wear their cape. And MAYBE there can be some kind of probationary status (x games/week?) with regards to the 5K Castle Wars games, too, since it's such an epic req.

You obviously won't make everyone happy no matter what you do, so you might as well make the Uber cape live up to its name.

P.S. "Epic Cape" instead of "Uber/Completionist Cape"?

After reading through Blasphemite's thread with a lot of gasps, followed by "amg, I'd never be able to get that", I completely agree with everything that has been added to his list (may want to also add the new LIVID spells there, too).

It doesn't really matter what the name of the cape is going to end up being called, Uber/Completionist. There needs to be differentiation. It needs to be something that almost no body here has. It needs to be something to strive for.

So many people have commented on how things are getting easy in RuneScape (specifically leveling), you now have the chance to get something that requires massive feats and you're all going down the easy path? Tsk.

There's going to be hundreds of people running around with the max cape. I'm very keen on seeing the Uber/Completionist once in a blue moon.

Bring on the insane requirements!

Minigames and other non skill stuff have always been reffered to as being cosmetic. Therefore for it to be a requirement it would be nonsense they are just for fun and have no good use (except MA).


But in the odd case that it will include everything we should be notified 6 months in advance to gather all the reqs.

^^ ill have to disagree with that joe, seeing as it is jmod chris l that is running the show, and personally his work has done nothing short of being impressive, if anything i can expect ppl(maxes and/or non-maxes) crying that it is to overpowered ,which being the top cape it should -my 2 cents- bueckeyeman69

why not have 2 seperated capes: a maxed cape for everyone who has maxed all the stats and quests.

completionist/uber cape: requirement to have all stats maxed, completed all quests, tasks, achievement diaries, have all music, have tried all minigames at least once, completion of all hidden content..

Give the completionist/uber cape a trim when having all roles maxed in barbarian assault, have the highest chompie hat, have the professional cape in castle wars, have all prayers and magic unlocked, have the highest rank in mobilising armies and rank title..

Might need a check list of all the things to do to get the desired cape. ;)

We're getting that, Max cape (Going by Jagex's version of maxed, though) and the uber-cape for the extra (all minigames and stuff are covered by the song requirement)

Atm the only one that concerns me is the champion scrolls one. I have yet to even get one scroll, and seeing that it is obviously based on drop table luck it shouldn't be included. We can't control whether or not we can do this one, the want may be there, but the ability to take part eludes many. I guess the same can be said for court cases, if you don't get one you can't do it.
