Tbh completionists cape should be earned by completing rs hence the name? Now thats almost impossible, requires all quests, minigames, songs, d&d's, 200m in all skills, and more that I can't think of I'm sure. Obviously this is impractical but why hasn't anyone argued this point?
When jagex announced the maxed cape the people with 120 dung demanded it needed 120, the people with 99 argued that it should be 99 all as that = access to these forums. Seems people only want the cape to have the req they have, or are close to, so they have to do little work but so its rare enough that only ranks above them can get the cape. Generally the higher the rank in Here, the more they want. Those with chompy and statues want those included, those without don't. I say completionists = completing rs. uber = what your talking about, but gl Chris keeping all happy, higher ranks gona want more, lower ranks gona want less.
