I remember it before micro-transactions were really a thing (i think squeal came out shortly after I maxed), there was a lot of jmod interaction on HLF, is that not the case anymore?

Anyway, there used to be a sticky with the HLF rules, which were different from other forums. It basically said be mature and don't post malicious/pornographic links, everything else was acceptable.

Yes, before the strike system was enacted, and everything was basically at Jmod discretion. I think some drama happened and they had to outline it (to great detail it seems).

The old sticky was like one or two paragraphs, short and to the point.
