Got the Hobgoblin scroll completely by accident. One attacked me at lava strykes I killed it and it dropped the scroll. This was around the time lava wyrms came out.
Member of the Kalos Elite Four and Team Flare.

Would the Flash Mob Demon familiars be good to use for this? Perma-aggro against the same species of monster you're fighting (an A++ for challenge hunting), has an AoE burst scroll that helps hit multiple enemies. And, in the grand scheme of things, they're pretty cheap. About 7k for a pouch, and 500 per scroll if you make the scrolls yourself during Amlodd isn't too bad.

You know, I've never used one of these familiars. It looks like you had a good experience with them at least at Skoblins, let me know if they work well at other Champion Scroll hunting locations and I'll add it as a note in the guide. :) Want more ways to distribute combat experience? I tried out some of the new Demon Familiars on Banshees and Earth Warriors. I did not use any scroll, I just wanted them to attack new monsters for me. For weaker creatures like Banshees (I killed the low level ones in Slayer Tower) they worked fairly well and could kill a few extra Banshees or at least make them come to me.

One thing to note though is that their attack seems to be delayed, they shoot at an enemy and it gets tagged but it takes a second for the hit to show up. They could probably be useful at most monsters if used to make them aggro and come towards you. At Earth Warriors in the Chaos Tunnels it didn't work at all due to to the big rock in the middle. The demon got stuck constantly and could rarely attack anything. So keep that in mind if using familiars, especially these that go on their own, make sure the area is clear of large obstacles.
