This thread has reached its second round of life! I originally created this thread in July 2012 to get a quick survey on the fastest locations to farm Champion Scrolls, but it has since evolved into a discussion board for HLFers to talk about their scroll-gathering adventures. A list of "best" locations to farm scrolls is included in the next post, where "best" means most kills per hour rather than the most relaxing locations.

Sen also has another thread at the following QFC that has further details on the Champion's Challenge as a whole: 75-76-815-63260530. Feel free to use that thread as well, it contains a lot more details about each of the challenges and information on how to reliably track your kills for data reporting purposes.

1. You can possess multiple champion scrolls at once from different champions. After completing a challenge, you will not receive that specific scroll again.

2. Increase the volume on your "Sound Effects" option while keeping the other volume bars low or off. This will allow you to hear the jingle that plays when you get a Champion Scroll drop.

3. Skoblins only count for the Skeleton Champion Scroll.

4. If you have loot beams on, Champion Scroll drops will have the beam!

5. If you're killing enemies whose drops you can't pick up (e.g. behind a gate), remember to bring Telegrab runes! Don't let this happen to you!

6. The "Restocking cannon" perk from the Artisan's Workshop will make your cannon reload automatically. This increases AFKability at locations that use the cannon, don't miss your scroll drop though! Want more ways to distribute combat experience? Check out this thread!

April 2nd, 2014: Replaced Cvbgn's Desert Temple video with an updated EoC one.
April 3rd, 2014: Added a better game message image, and added loot beam image (both images are courtesy of Morceaux).
April 28th, 2014: Updated the Mummy locations to note that the Pyramid method is AFK and less kills per hour. Added tip about single-way Wilderness ability. Want more ways to distribute combat experience? Check out this thread!

If anybody happens to have a better "A Champion's scroll falls to the ground as you slay your opponent." message, feel free to post it. I don't like that mine is weirdly cropped, I probably should have taken a full screen photo and then manually cropped it rather than trying to use Puush to capture just the message.
