Graveyard of Shadows with a cannon is best, then Dried Zombies afterwards if you don't want to risk the Wilderness. Make sure you haven't done the challenge previously as well! You can check at the Champions Guild. Want more ways to distribute combat experience? Check out this thread!

Finally finished my scrolls. I never kept track of kills because I honestly didn't want to know. Here was my order and the locations I used for anyone who's interested in that:

Goblin: east Lumbridge
Imp: Ardougne monastary (this was before resource dungeons)
Skeleton: Lumbridge catacomb
Zombie: stronghold of security
Hobgoblin: crafting guild peninsula
Banshee: slayer tower
Hill Giant: observatory/ZMI altar
Ghoul: mushroom patch
Earth Warrior: chaos tunnels
Jogre: crashed glider
Aberrant Spectre: started at the Pollnivneach dungeon, but tried the ones in the slayer tower and got it there
Mummy: DT pyramid
Lesser Demon: Karamja resource dungeon

Also, I didn't use a cannon at all. The fact that some geniuses were laughed at does not imply that all who are laughed at are geniuses. They laughed at Columbus, Fulton, and the Wright brothers. But they also laughed at Bozo the Clown.
