Just finished, here are my total kills & locations for each monster:

Giant: got as a noob - Edgeville Dungeon
Imp: 4.5k - Karamja Resource Dungeon
Lesser Demon: 2.5k - Karamja Resource Dungeon
Goblin: 1.6k - Stronghold of Security
Skeleton: 3.4k - Lumbridge Catacombs
Mummy: <100 - Ancient Spells Pyramid
Jogre: 2.2k - Jogre Cave in Karamja
Ghoul: 3.6k - Slayer Tower
Banshee: 17k - Mighty Banshees in Pollnivneach Dungeon
Aberrant Spectre: 3.7k - Pollnivneach Dungeon
Zombie: 3.5k - Armoured Zombies
Earth Warrior: 430 - Chaos Tunnels
Hobgoblin: 2.4k - Hobgoblin Island

Hobgoblin mine might still be good with a blocking pet, that was how we did it way back when :)

Can anyone confirm if blocking pets still work? I thought they were fixed a while back

I killed about 1k imps before giving up going for that champions scroll. I just wanted it to have an imp carrying around a banner proclaiming me master of it's race.

Anyways I forgot a hammer to graador and went to kill imps for a hammer. Within 10 kills I got the champions scroll. Took me about 30 to get that hammer lol.

The next week I didn't notice a champion's scroll as I was power killing goblins for kc. That one hurt my very soul >.<

The zombie champion scroll like a lot of people I got mine at armored zombies when I went for 99 attack.

I haven't been actively going after champions scrolls but I still enjoy them and it's kind've nice when you get a rare drop out of the blue. It makes a much better story.

No, just no.

I've got the lesser demon scroll in the kamanja resource dung. However, i'm still in the needs of the imps. Would you say its better to run around in there? or to go to GWD with a crystal bow and just kill imps in the zamorak area?

My complete list
Imp = 50 or so kills (got within 5 minutes) in lesser demon dungeon
Lesser demon = 2142 in lesser demon dungeon
Skeleton = 793 in catacombs
Goblin = ~12000 goblin cave, village, finally got scroll at goblins near port sarim
Ghoul = ~10k near canafis
Mummy = ~3k in pyramid
Jogre = 750 karamja
Giant = got few years back at hill giants
Abberant Spectre = Got on slayer task a long time ago in slayer dungeon
Earth Warrior = 35-36k first 25k in wildy pre-legacy last bit in chaos tunnels
Banshee = 6.5k slayer tower
Hobgoblin = 13k gnome village dungeon
Zombies* = 4222 at dried zombies

* I tested rates at wilderness graveyard and dried zombies and they are both about the same kills per hour. However dried zombies costs a little more because its a good idea to ice barrage in legacy mode there, which eats up runes. Spend a little bit more money or go to wilderness, its up to you.
