I'm not supporting a ban, I'm supporting punishment. They should have their points diminished to 0, it should be fairly obvious to see if they were abusing it by seeing if players were teleing in and out or on nodes for extended periods of time.

No. you're saying two wrongs means the third wrong shouldn't be punished.

It's abusing game mechanics for purposes that were not intended in order to gain an advantage for oneself.
Punish them all.
Does that mean my Nex solo at 115 cb wasbug abuse with dreadnips on cruor (to make it die of poison to skip soloing blood phase) and 5 crystal bows safespotting her so she'd never hit me pre eoc?
Sure, let's follow your petty logic. I must be bug abusing if I fletch broads inbetween trader stuns then? They're different and if you can't see the contrast, I'm not interested in continuing this discussion with someone who is most likely blinded by their own involvement in the bug.
How is fletching broads between dwarf trader stuns remotely related to bug abuse?
And how is Soloing Nex illegit different? I got 275 Onyx Bolt drops which shouldn't ha

The only argument relevant to the nex solo is it did take some skill side stepping when nex ran over to you then ran back to the centre. If you didn't side step right she would deal damage to you and reduce your ovl timer.
Whereas none of these bugs take skill. The Corp RoW glitch is worse than some poxy runespan points dupe. I even inb4ed this in a skype chat and it became fkn true l0l!

I don't think a ban would be necessary but a rollback would definitely be more suited.

Rollback is the only logical answer. But not all the way to 0. Only to what they had at the start of the weekend. If all they did was aim to get points and nothing more. Their time is wasted because no XP was gained and nobody gets hurt except the people who abused it.

I know but I saw Finif make a post after you and he wanted it all the way back to 0 as does Rena and I disagree. Taking players back to the points they had at the start is enough.
Poor old Bu11 only used Telegroup to Trollheim for 5 minutes for 200k Magic XP and went from 42m magic XP to 12m lol. This was when Jagex was disgustingly filled with bots and had the time to ban minor bug abusers instead than to take time actually banning bots! :c
