Ooh nice Lath. :D

My big worry is the weather, I'm screwed if it starts to chuck it down continuously as me equipment starts to bugger up. T-T

Gotta hit a certain quota min a week, but moar = moar monies.

What about the weather? I heard it's proper winter so I guess you just wear as many layers of clothes are necessary.

I still have more important things to worry about lol. Or at least had. The last big thing was book a hotel and I did that a few hours ago. Now I'll need to find how to get to the airport on my way back but I can't imagine that being too difficult. Then start packing and stuff..

If it starts coming down heavy with the rain, and given the sometimes hard to get to places and environments I gotta work in daily, it can get pretty hairy. I can keep myself dry-ish, but not so easy for the equipment I gotta carry with me from field to field lol.

I've already got all my stuff booked and prepped ready from as soon as the RF ticks went on sale lol. Just need to pack now. And do the 101 other things that need to be done this week before I even think about RFest lol. T-T

Have ya booked a hotel inside London? I went for one outside, considerably cheaper, and very close to the train station and I believe just 15-20 min train ride from the hotel to Euston Central, then from there to the venue via taxi for another 20 ish mins I thinks.

If it starts to snow badly (don't think it will, usually does if it does around February or has been last few years) - I dunno what happens then.

Health and Safety say 'work in snow?! w-w-w-whaaaaat?!' but everyone goes 'moneeeeh?' and I'm like *Does shrug emote*

Not so bad if it was local, but I gotta work quite a fair bit away from home nao up in the mountains in some parts. D:

Oh and WAAAAAAT?!

Pass by the local uni and I see all sorts of students wandering around in gale force winds and rain/hail in shorts and t-shirts. I'm like 'wtf'. Must be a student thing. O_o

But then again, read a snippet of news earlier about some folks that were rescued off Snowdonia, poorly equipped for the bad weather, and one of them wearing SHORTS, and they were all apparently in their 50s. :@
