I was at Araxxor the other day and I noticed some pretty noticeable delays start occurring, so I check world..only 500 people on world, not even at half its capacity and its already struggling.

It's for that reason I am glad RS3 isn't populated (as it used to be). If it was, we'd be living through latency hell day in and out.

Around 250-ish and below seems the optimal population for good performance atm .
