It's good at bosses who don't have an overload effect (raids/corp/demon flash mobs etc), drains defence by like 30% per spec

If you use it at demon flash mobs, spec them 5 times and you are basically perm berserked without the defence debuff, it's pretty awesome

Does the hammer actually increase your damage? Last I checked it's only accuracy, and it's applied as a -def debuff meaning you can have the same effect if the whole team uses dominion gloves or something. It is slower but it's still effective if everyone uses them and sometimes you don't even need the whole 30% to have maxed out (or close, that will do) accuracy. Hi
