The amount of people slaying to be "efficient" must also be pretty low.
The amount of people who are at such a point where Mammoths would be "efficient" to slay are also stupidly low. Like, so stupidly low they can effectively be disregarded for argument's sake.
Mammoths offer a great balance of Slayer xp and gp
If you're 200m all Melee stats, sure, but again- the amount of people with that is so stupidly low it puts into question who these monsters were *really* designed for and therefore their worth.
They're high intensity compared to almost every other monster which is what makes them "Elite"
Well, according to Webster Elite means "best of its class", so they're supposed to be the best in terms of GP/EXP compared to other Slayer monsters. When a level 92 Slayer monster and a level 90 (technically 1, but you need 90 Slayer to be assigned them) give you stiff competition in EXP and a level
76
Slayer monster blows you out of the water in terms of GP, there's a serious problem as its not really Elite by definition, now is it?
but it's a bit stupid making a high intensity monster when every other monster is so afk with revolution and auto refill cannon, I guess that's the real problem here.
You are still comparing Mammoths' xp to one task, and their GP to another, which is the mistake here
It's not a mistake: If it's more profit to kill one task and there's not much of a difference for another task in terms of EXP, what is their purpose besides to sit there and look pretty? They're not really efficient which contradicts the definition of "Elite".
