Also worked out my aura wasn't activated, so I guess thats my problem

That's because your cache is not at 100%.

When it's 100%, it will run much smoother. However, on Windows it seems to get stalled at 96%, then after a few minutes resume loading to 100%. On OS X it doesn't seem to have that problem.
