I'm pretty sure in my fc there was an mathematical argument on about how to spend energy and in the end, the conclusion was that there is no mathematical difference between spending energy along with normal and enriched memories.

There isn't but the bigger xp drops on this slow skill makes it better

So, new router is due to arrive tomorrow. Here's hoping that it solves my issue and it's not something that sky cannot seem to detect because then.. it would be a nightmare since their customer support is worse than Jagex. .
