Yeah as soon as I log out of the forums I wont be able to, maybe someone at Jagex will review it before I get forced logged so I don't lose HLF for ages...

They get reviewed within an hour or so. You should be ok by then. I can't see you losing HLF access. Be a stinker if you did cos you would need to get 99 Div. But don't think about that right now. ;) Comprehensive Account Security

Yes. It doesn't matter at which rate you use them as long as you have enough for the next boon by the time you hit the level ending in 0.

Heres my method for doing them
Use energy +xp on enriched memories
Dont use them on normal ones, it makes your energy stack up even more (~200-500 spare energy)

Dont buy the energy tbh, huge waste of $, im already down 30m and not buying anymore, theyre not worth it
