I bought the premium package for a reason here, and it's not working as intended. If nothing improves, I will demand a full refund.

We take pride in the efficacy of our customer support, and our standards are high. We acknowledge that there are some issues which take more time to fix than others - this is one of them.
I've received some reports of players getting loot by playing around with their outfits and hats. Try that and get back to us

It was working fine for over 2 weeks, then suddenly out of nowhere the connection dropped and now I can't seem to connect - it's just stuck on "Searching for loot.. Please wait.."
If it doesn't resolve itself, I may have to seek out new loot providers.
