I hope it's around 500m for 99. But let's not forget that 120 is 104m XP. I think for a buyable skill, 104m XP is a lot

At least Dungeoneering wasn't a buyable (if you level it properly without leeching).

Even at 10gp/xp, that'd be like 1b+

(And 10gp/xp is considered "cheap" compared to other buyables nowadays)
