The Loot system QA team is hard at work trying to find the root of the issue. A few hours ago we applied a temporary patch but its results were uncertain.

Thanks for responding to my query. I have just received another task from Morvran.

I will monitor loots and report back, so you can troubleshoot the problem.

I bought the premium package for a reason here, and it's not working as intended. If nothing improves, I will demand a full refund.
