Just did some maths. Since the Hefin course only gives Pray XP when the VoS is there. The true rate if we assume the Hefin voice is there once per 4 hours you play. It becomes 3-4 agility XP to 1 Prayer XP.

So if I were to get 160-180m Pray XP and then get 120 Agility. I could land close to 200m pray. Or I could just do 200m Agil and only do 30m Prayer lol.
