Prifddinas, Vampyrium, Freneskae, Infernal Dimensions are all locations they are looking at with Prifddinas taking obvious priority.
Kara-Meir is here to stay and will be involved in other quests.
There is a connection between the Elder Gods and the Eastern Lands.
You're going to have to wait to find out how Sliske got the Staff of Armadyl.
The beam between Saradomin and Zamorak will move eventually.
Mod Osborne is sad that not as many people play the Fremennik Sagas as quests because he wants to develop more of them.
God bloodlines could be something Jagex explores.
City reworks have slowed down because of RS3, but will be kicked back in. Falador was brought up in the discussion of city reworks as an affluent city based on dwarven works.
When a god dies, there is a massive outpouring of energy, like with Zaros having his energy siphoned into Zamorak, or Guthix dissipating his energy which is connected with the divination skill. Because of this, Mod Osborne doesn't believe they have "souls", but gods of the underworld might be something they look into.
Someone who follows Zaros is "Zarosian". "Zaryte" is a faction, i.e., zealots of Zaros would be "Zaryte."
Mod Osborne confirms there was god romance in the past and that the player already knows about this (probably between Guthix and Seren). He regrets that Armadyl was turned into a male before he had the opportunity to explore the character as a female. Tuska, Seren, and the Elder Gods are all female. Their sex is important to the storyline, but they cannot reproduce.
The staff of the Staff of Armadyl is where the power comes from, NOT the orb.
Mod Osborne believes that not all female gods need to be "sexy." They should be strong, identifiable female characters. Mod Osborne wants to see more of Vanescula. Also thinks Moia is attractive.
On some level you will be able to betray Owen in the next quest.
Armadyl recruited Aviansie from his homeworld.
