My idea is sort of the same as J 2 pwn U
My idea for a competition would be to draw and create a new monster for the game. Name it and then submit by sending it in to Jagex just like you normally would with the player submission pictures
Have two different catergoies, one for free to play and one for members.

I'm not sure if this has already been said lately/already been declined or something but How about an art competition?
Players can e-mail runescape related pictures/drawings to you and the best 5 drawings could be voted for and the winner wins a months free membership or something because it would just be a bit of fun right?
Or to build on that idea how about a competition where a player has to desighn a new runescape city/place.They could draw it,write about it or do both.But all competitions are just a bit of fun so Maiby prizes are a bad idea...?Except the winner could have their diesighn put into the game.It would be a nice idea anyway.

How about a good old fashioned race?
No recharging run other than sitting allowed.
Race from one side of Runescape to other.
