I really liked this week's poll - it should provide some great feedback for the developers at Jagex.
I found it very interesting to see how other players train and feel about their experience and levels increasing. It seems as though there is a good mix of different kinds of players who train in unique ways, which is great - it's nice to know that RuneScape can be played in so many different ways!
I particularly liked the last question of the poll (Question 6) - What would you ask of the XP god? I feel that skill training would benefit if the experience required to gain levels were to be spread more evenly over the levels, with a slight decrease in the amount of experience required for level 99. This means that it would take longer to advance through the lower levels, but less time to advance through the higher levels.
When training skills at lower levels, it is very easy to advance; I remember gaining around 60 fletching levels in about four hours of training at the lower levels. On the flip-side, training in the higher levels can take a very long time indeed, making training into a bit of a grind-fest, which could put many players off training a skill to level 99. Training might be more rewarding if it took a bit longer to advance through the lower levels, but less time to advance through the higher levels.
I hope you find this feedback useful - thanks for the great poll!
