Question 2: What's the first thing you think other players might notice about you?
I couldn't really answer this with a single option....
Ofc other players usually see my name first, but I don't think they really *notice* it. My username isn't a controversial name or a name that really *tries* to get noticed.
The first thing another player really notices (or makes a point of looking at) is my combat level. Green, red, or yellow & the actual number, and then many players start jumping to conclusions. Low-combat = young/nooby, or Lvl 4 yew cutter = bot, or Lvl 3 = skiller, or lvl 126 = old/experienced. Granted that people can & do make generalizations, but too often they spout off opinions based on such generalizations. I much prefer to just make a mental note & try to treat them like I'd want to be treated.
After that, it just depends on what I'm doing. I'm a skiller with lvl 20 combat, so if I'm mining runite its my skills they'll comment on first.
The same goes if I'm running around with my Air Talisman Staff or Runecrafting Robes from the Great Orb Project. Its easy to get tired of hearing "Wut staff?????? Where u get??????", so I don't often carry items like those unless I'm actually using them.
If I'm wearing a Santa & black (G) around, other pple usually comment on my wealth first. Well... "comment" isn't quite right; typically they try to 1-up you or beg 5k off of you.
I don't often wear my most expensive items because of that.
I generally don't talk a lot (typing is another matter
), but the next thing other players would notice is that I make a definite attempt at proper spelling & grammar. If they can get me talking then they'll find out I'm nice.
So that's more of an essay than you ever wanted to hear for question number two.
Happy Polling

As a lone wolf that wants a family of friends, I can say that it sucks not to ever be noticed. Or when noticed, to be misinterpreted somehow.
I guess one reason is because I choose my friends cautiously and I have a hidden high standard that they must live to for me to continue being with them...
Lately, these polls have been stressing me out as I read the answers and get extremely annoyed at the jargon that is used. The answers always have some stupid face or lame saying that losers or nerds say, no offence to whoever writes the polls, and it is simply forcing me to read the first word and vote accordingly - or not vote at all, as the case may be soon.
It was a little bit different then the previous polls you normally create. I like how you made some things look like it was created by a player. Keep up the good work!
