sorry if might post is extremely against you but you want to know how we feel this was it for me.

and just like those boots of mod marks idea i also though that was horrible for the fact that he said everyone had at least one pair of boots? well guess what, im sorry thats false info there are people that just got members and got practically nothing out of it. then there are all the free to play people who never were even able toown them so they were left out in the cold too. this made money for people? how much? 75k was it per boots? lets see that will buy me a dragon dagger or 2 omg im rich! the real trouble people are having is the constant grinding in exp and money and you gave the 75k.... you stabbed them in the face with a bronze dagger dealing a 9mill damage blow. as they watch the rich get richer and the poor stay poor.

Because at times... Real life sucks. Big time.
When i dont want to know about real life, thats when runescape comes into play.

Oh and i've made awesome friends on runescape and want to max my account. Since i've logged 210 days of online time in this game it seems stupid not to max or not to get a 200m. Hence why i am currently working on max total level and 200m Thieving (73m atm).

Hope thats the feedback you want.

EDIT: it's 217 days online time rofl.

Because the Lore is so deep without being super deep, so there is room for fan ideas, Plus i love to Role play in Gielinor because Its Smiler to DnD without being to rule based. That being said, Mark Cashien is like another part of me, as unique and fun to be with as I Am, and i want to thank you Jagex for letting me Develop him :) You rock!

Hey there Jagex-team.

I've been playing rs now for 5 years, though I had to take a break of almost 2 years due to heavy work load. During those 2 years I still had membership because I wanted to be able to play the latest quests and get all my holiday events.

I love to play rs because of all the possibilities you give to the players. Whether you are combat-oriented, love to merchant, only want to train your skills, build a home, train pets or boast about the latest 3million drop you got at God Wars. You simply offer everyone a world full of diversions and distractions that people from very young to very high age can enjoy and explore. I love the fact that you can meet so many interesting people from all over the world and enjoy an experience together. Apart from a few people who still have not learnt that prejudices and stereo-types do not apply to the world as such, this is one of the most peaceful global communities I have come across on the internet.

Please continue with your great work.

Poll about how I feel about my characters and my gaming...

I ... It's sort of roleplaying. And if I were to keep up the play on the forums I wouldn't be able to say "I have three characters that are my alter egos/mini me's". Instead it would have to be "I have two siblings, both confined in Asgarnia and Misthalin because they refuse to pay taxes". :P

When I let out Wournos Noir or Cassis Noir it's all about the roleplay. I often avoid talking with others because it would be so easy to slip and talk "game-talk". And other just wouldn't get the whole roleplaying part and write me off as a nutcase.

I even have a diary shared by Andro, Cassis and Wournos where they share their events. :D

The reason I like RS is because there's so much to do, so many updates and so many ways to develop characters. Lately (past +4 months) it's been all about the Shattered Heart rocks though. :| Two bloody months to go for a full POH statue. *sigh*

Edit:
5,5 years and counting (Andro). :O

RE: What's My Motivation.

Well it's true that I've built my character up for around 3-4 years now, and I do see it as myself in a slightly different form (I'd never have those hot Void Robes irl ;=; ).

I don't feel as immersed as I do when I'm playing a Valve game, for instance, Half-Life. When I was playing Half-Life, I felt like I was actually there, fighting off the hoards of undead and the Combine, but with RuneScape I feel as if I'm just behind my character like a puppet-master... I'm not *as* immersed.

Mainly what keeps me coming back is the weekly updates, my friends, and the time and effort both you, Jagex, have put into the game and what I have put into the game (my character, his levels etc). I also love the quests, and everytime there is a new quest I try my best to complete it as soon as, except for that blasted Nomad's Requiem! ;=;

Well, I posted here because you asked ^__^

I like the polls as I like to see what questions Jagex would like answers to. In a way it ties into my interest in how groups plan for the future. Future updates has always been one of my favourite forums and I find the polls a tie-in to that.

I have also had some fun with them as a catalyst for some thinking on how I play and why I play games.

The polls are useful.

Without question.
