Extensive use of pop culture references in this poll-I rather liked it. Although I voted for the anime answer (I can't not vote for the "it's over 9000!!! one, after all), I was highly tempted with sci fi with the Arthur C. Clarke reference. Not a very relevant poll to me, but still enjoyable.

Hey guys,

Really sorry about the delay with the new poll - Mod Emilee, who is in charge of putting our polls up on the site, has been struck down with the lurgee. Whilst I'm informed her team of doctors have said she'll make a full recovery, she may never play the trombone again. :-(

Anyway, I'm in the process of getting things sorted in her stead - I'll keep you posted when I know more. :-)

Thanks for your patience and I hope you'll join me in wishing Mod Emilee a speedy recovery!

Hehe, the lurgee is just a word for a common cold or the flu. And we didn't have a new poll last week because the Watching & Playing poll was scheduled to run for two weeks.

There's a chance we might have the new poll up tomorrow if all goes to plan, and we'll be running that one for a full two weeks so everyone gets to vote. I can't say what it's about, but I think it's worth the wait. ;-)
