I have been using the facebook updates to keep up with what is going on in the game. Since I have been busy IRL and not able to play as much as I would like at this time but I stay logged in facebook all the time. Having you guys post updates on there helps me alot in keeping up with what is new On Runescape! :)

I'd like to see more customer support.
Email help or even phone help.. It's a lot to ask but a game this size really needs it at times.
Youtube could do with some user submitted content for sure. More behind the scenes info too! :D

Youtube: More videos if that's possible, especially Dev blog videos those are fun to watch. I remember awhile ago you hosted a Q&A on the forums and said you'd upload it to the Youtube channel but that never happened.
