I have been using the facebook updates to keep up with what is going on in the game. Since I have been busy IRL and not able to play as much as I would like at this time but I stay logged in facebook all the time. Having you guys post updates on there helps me alot in keeping up with what is new On Runescape!

I'd like to see more customer support.
Email help or even phone help.. It's a lot to ask but a game this size really needs it at times.
Youtube could do with some user submitted content for sure. More behind the scenes info too!

2. What do you think of our official RuneScape pages on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook? What would you like to see from them in the future?

Youtube: More videos if that's possible, especially Dev blog videos those are fun to watch. I remember awhile ago you hosted a Q&A on the forums and said you'd upload it to the Youtube channel but that never happened.
