I've been there once or twice quite awhile ago, when I was thinking of forming a clan. It didn't work out however.
I've never really pursued anything in that section of the forums, so I can't really say anything on it.

Yes but I only go there to go to my own clan website.Also when somebody in the clan who was temporarily power hungry I set my own clan up there.Though that all got smoothed out and the clan is stronger than ever though.
