Wow, that's a tough one. Well, more broadly, my favorite quest SERIES have been the Dorgeshuun ones, and the Fremennik ones. The Dorgeshuun ones because of Zanik's exceptional character development; you get to know her REALLY well, and she ends up coming off as extremely "human" (yes, I know she's a goblin): it's easy to relate to her. The Fremennik ones, especially Blood Runs Deep, because of the tragic elements, which really pull you into the story and make you feel for the characters.
