My favorite ones are RuneScape Wikia becase the layout is familiar, clean, and extremly functional. The community is great and they update extremely frequently and everyone can update/edit the entries. This leads to more information that's quicker and better because members of the community can verify and correct entries.
Furthermore, it has a nice item compare system where you can "wear" a set of whatever armor by typing in the names of it and it adds all the bonuses, showing you what your stats would look like.
One area that RS Wikia falls behind in, is calculators. For those, I've found Rune HQ to be a great fansite :) (because their calculators are simple, and they also have a clean layout)
Those two are definetly my favourites.

19 - Z¥bez and Runescape.Salmoneus; they are the most completed guide than others fan/help site. :)
