19) Tip.it
20) Legend's quest.
Reason: I have a lot of good memories on RSC. Legend's quest was the last quest released on it, and the hardest. And in my eyes, it's still the hardest, even compared to RS2 master quests such as monkey madness and dessert treasure.
Back on RSC, you really were a legends amongst the players if you completed the quest.
You couldn't eat during the fight, you couldn't hide from the monsters, you couldn't use any protects because prayer was drained, if you ran away, your stats were lowerd to 3 or lower. I was lvl 75 when I completed it on RSC and not many people back then could do it on a such low lvl or lower.
Since 2006, I haven't really completed many new quests. So I can't judge on quests released after the summer of 2006.
The best quest since RS2 was released is Lunar Diplomacy thou. :) I loved doing it! :)

My favourite all-time quest...It has to be While Guthix Sleeps. That quest actually took me an entire day to complete with a more than pleasing reward. Bravo on that quest Jagex. I look forward to completing more quests that you create. (especially Grand Master quests)
@iheartjaypee
Dream Mentor has a requirement of 85 combat so completing it at 83 is impossible.

While Guthix Sleeps, which was release just in time for my 18th birthday! The scale of the events presented within this quest was just awe-inspiring for somebody who had been following all of the different storylines and it's length was suitably epic to carry it on for about a day and a half worth of mind-bending puzzles, world-hopping treks and bone-chilling boss battles!
I felt it was a fine gift from Jagex, to say the least. :D

19. Which is your favourite RuneScape fan/help site and why? NOW CLOSED
Tip.it, then RuneScape wikia, they are up to date and usually have the most accurate and easy to find information.
20. What’s your all-time favourite quest and why?
Underground pass. I enjoyed the solitutude, the long walk, and being so far from the bank you had to rely on what was there and your skills. It was a true adventure. =)
Hi.

Dragon Slayer (although I nearly died all those years ago!) cos it brings back memories of when I was a noob :P and the Halloween Quest last year, was awesome cos it was!
Chosen Commander was it? The hand cannon quest was pretty cool, I even liked the Gold Helmet rock one as well! Whichever that one was. lol

Im a questcaper, and even though I love all quests, there is one that is really the best out of all of them.
It's definitely While Guthix Sleeps.
It has excellent storyline, epic cutscenes, cunning challenges, great rewards(even though I don't mind much about rewards),interesting characters, nice graphics, extraordinary well-done dialogies, and overall,it's really the best quest of all times.I hope Ritual of the Mahjarrat is atleast as good.
