For non members, it has to be HANDS-DOWN prayer, it just takes so much time to train for a mere 4.5 exp from bones. If it wasn't for prayer I would say runecrafting since it just takes so much time to train.

In your opinion, what is the toughest skill to start training?
That's a hard question,but it would probably be dungeoneering,because:
1.You must be trained in other skills in order to train effectively.
2.It takes you longer to learn the basics than in other skills.
3.Dungeoneering is most likely the most complicated skill.
4.You need a team to get more xp.
5.The whole prestige thing is difficult to understand at first.
6.The xp rate in first levels is very low.

I think it must be Herblore. You don’t have anything to start off with, no quest, no nothing! You gotta use some guides and the helpfulness of other players. Once you get the hang of it...it is still expensive! If you want to cut the prices down, you have to grow your own herbs, also collect the other ingredients, and run around RuneScape filling up water vials.
