Bank Rework - State of Play

Just a suggestion:
Is it possible to have existing NPC's (Similar to Django), or create new NPC's, that can function similar to Django, but allow you to put in:
Herblore items (Such as Potions, Herbs, and Potion supplies). Example would be the Potion decantors (Such as in Varr. GE, and Priff GE).
Miscellaneous items (Such as questing items/Clue Scroll items), with an NPC named Miss. Celane for example, lol.
And other similar NPC's for various sets of similar items/equipment/etc.
This way, the items would not be in the bank interface, but accessible through NPC's surrounding the GE (And maybe inside the banks as well).
If someone can +1 this, or if a Moderator thinks the above is a good/feasible idea, please let me know.

It has become more and more obvious that jagex focuses on the wrong things when it comes to RS3.
It has economy problems (what is the point in an eye or web drop at rax?).
It has dead content problems (what is the point in gop or fog? Unless spotlighted new players can't get sup elite void, and even then is there any point in it since invention?)
It has content slayed by bad mechanics (you didn't listen to pvpers, and the wilderness is a <insert swear word here>.
It turns a blind eye to rule breakers (we all know which fc ddos attacks in the wilderness, and that jagex don't give a <swear word>.
It puts game shortcuts in (safe cracking, player owned farms) simply to spam xp. What is the point? Gotta get those 99's, 120s, 200m's before uninstalling.
It has requirements for trim comp that are stupid (castle wars, we're looking at you you <swears>.
One of the major updates people have wanted is the banking rework. The game engine is old, and as such, it isn't capable of bringing quality of life updates. If it remains like this then jagex will simply continue to fall behind it's competitors.
The game might break? Well the game is already broken. A lot of content needs removing or updating.
Your house is not in order. And I rarely if ever log in as a result, despite being a stones throw from comp, because what is the point anymore?
I used to be one of those saying "rs3 will never die", but if this isn't a firm nail in the coffin, I don't know what is. DG Service-fast, friendly, low cost, high value

From a server perspective that would not save bank spaces. Bank spaces are the same to the server as inventory spaces, it is the existence of an item. By limiting the amount of bank spaces jagex are able to limit the amount of items players have (be it on the characters person, or in the bank, or in diagno).
