Jirin, I understand your need to seek access for your account issue but this is not the place to seek it.
The first thing you need to do is to secure your account. I recommend that you read the
HIjacked account
page of the Support Centre. It provides the steps necessary to secure your computer/account. It is vital that you secure your device, before taking steps to recover the account.
Once you have taken these steps, you should then lodge a recovery request.

Yea, this was long time ago. It'd be nice if we had more Community Managers engage with the community here, but that hasn't happened in a while and it's sad.
