I do however support the decision to lock the thread. The Mod in question acted appropriately given the subject matter of the thread and though you might feel it could have been worded better, there was no malicious intent in what was said.
I understand that you might want to hear standard customer service lines like "I understand your concern", but more often than not those sentences can get used as a throwaway line to diffuse a situation without offering any real closure. By suggesting you to raise your concerns directly to us here, the Mod was offering you the opportunity to get a more substantial response.
In the future, make sure you stick to the template for this thread and try to keep submissions to a single post. Doing so allows us to respond quicker.
Fortunately though it looks like your concern has already been resolved though

- This thread is not for reporting users, it is for raising concerns surrounding the actions of FMods. I recommend you read over the first post in this thread again which outlines it's use.
