In the current PvP system you can only attack players with a combat level within a certain range higher or lower than yours, will this remain when wildy is updated? Or, will it be a free-for-all where a level 126 can KO a level 25?

Most (if not all) quests in Wildy require best gear and many good supplies. Will the way to the quest area be dangerous?
Will starting a quest and making it "target" give you immunity? And, if so, will the player on quest be immune to being killed but also not be allowed to attack others?

And secondly keeping the guide price will ruin the game further and keeping the statuattes will cause inflation...Good work Jagex another mess up!

Hey Jagex Members I have a couple of questions to ask you,
1. Do you think that you have what it takes to take on the return of RWT and botting?
2. Will the Wilderness Ditch be returned?
3. I know this is off-topic but I was just wondering, you have any plans for making new lands and doing something about Tutorial Island?
4. If you say that you have the right stuff to fight back against the botters, wouldn't the botters just become smarter and find a way to get a way out of the system? That mean more cash on anti-bot technology instead of game updates.
5. Will Bounty Hunter, Clan Wars and the Duel Arena still be remained?
6.(Off-Topic) Lately, I know that members get more benefit and quests and other updates because they pay for it and it's business but are you guys planning anything big this year for the F2P?
7.(Last Question) Why did you guys feel to bring back the Wilderness/ Free Trade even though there's a risk of the massive return of RWTers and botters?

Quick Questions
If I was attacking a player and he had a few friends around him and i had none, he dropped his whip just before he died so his friends could pick it up, will this mean it appears instantly for everyone to see or will i get to see it for a short time before other people see it? I would hate to see my hard work go down the drain!
And secondly although you have said we cannot use extreme potions because we dont know that they have them or not, is that not the same for imbued rings, or anything in your inventory? I thought that since im unsure if they have them or not that they might also be removed (unseen as well as the extreme potions).
