Jagex,
I am Firebat827, veteran of nine years of play, and I voiced strongly against Free Trade and Wilderness. Needless to say, I am upset with the return, but as the veteran I am, I will endure the storm as we step out of the eye. Several questions remain however.
1. Assuming RWT goes rampant as it did in days past, will you remove free trade / wilderness again; do you have a panic button just in case?
2. Could you integrate a "Fair/Free trade" button for people wishing to further protect against scamming?
3. Statuettes were undoubtedly the worst move in the game's history for its economy, as the raw coin introduction has caused hyperinflation. Why do you plan on allowing these to still exist? Surely existing statuettes can be made untradable or instantly turned to coins?
4. How will brawlers actually work, with no PvP worlds?
5. Why are you moving revenants so quickly and nerfing their abilities? I thought the wilderness was supposed to be dangerous!
6. I'm mixed about safe quest areas but I wonder, will these areas always be safe, or are they safe for questers only during the quest?
7. Will items lost from the Corp Beast be revealed immediately now, or will players still have the 1-2 minutes to retrieve their stuff?
8. How exactly will coinshare work? In the current system, It splits up the minimum price in coin to everyone in the party. When the minimum is removed though, won't those players get 1 coin for the trouble of their rare?
9. Will shooting stars and penguins in the wilderness at least yield extra reward? Given the organization of D&D Clan chats, hunting for the players doing them is painstakingly simple to the point it detracts from the spirit of the game, and is a real kick in the teeth to paying skillers.
10. Why are extremes still banned, seriously? If D&D's were a kick in the teeth to paying skillers, this is an aluminum bat. Again, I thought the wilderness was supposed to be dangerous. Quick speculation follows...
