MnstrPK, I appreciate that you are very keen for this matter to be resolved but Jagex does not accept appeals via the forums. As the status of your account is a private matter, your posts above have been removed.

For further information, I encourage your friend to read the Bans, mutes & more and the Hijacked & Banned Acc Reviews sticky threads in the Community Led Account Help forum. As there is no further action that can be take via the forums to resolve this matter, please refrain from posting it again.

I remember since I started playing many years ago that Jagex's player support and communication with individual players were second to none. Happy to see this effort continue. It's just one of the many ways that keep our community strong.

So my account email has been changed, but not by myself. I have had this issue in the past and was able to contact customer support via a ticket. I cannot find a ticket system. I need to speak with Jagex directly because they are the only ones that can reset my email. I am completely capable of giving all information required to verify I am the account owner all the way back to 2006 when the account was created.

My phone got wiped the other day because it needed to get rid of a virus. In the proccess it erased google authentication. I cannot resetup a new authenticator apparently because it is already enabled and I am unable to redo the setup via the application. That is when I discovered my email had been changed. Without contacting Jagex directly I cannot play Oldschool Runescape or reverify my comp to keep playing RS3.

I feel lost and cannot find what I need. I really need a direct link to their support staff or I will lose my account entirely. I am able to log into my RS3 account, but only until I need to reverify it within about 10 days possibly give or take a few days. If I cannot get the email reset I lose a 10 year old account...

Please someone give me a direct link the new support centre is completely useless in my current situation....

The only way to disable Authenticator is with access to the registered email. You can send in a direct ticket to customer support to have the email changed by sending in a recovery. The recovery will change both the password and the email when granted. To send in this recovery:
- Open the RS client
- Fill in the login name
- Click 'Forgotten Pass word'
- Click 'no' where asked about the email.

You will then be presented with a manual recovery ticket :)

You're game is broken, i was in wildy killing green drags when all of a sudden this person attacks me, i died instanly, meaning he hit over 4700 hp in one hit and he was wearing a dragon spear, i lost all my items including my amulet of fury which is 3/4 of my bank, when i tried to click on the action bar is wouldnt let me do anything, all i could do was watch my character die, i would like my amulet of fury back because do think that that was highly unfair way of looseing it, and might i add this person was level 69, should no way be hitting anyway near 4700........i would like to speak to someone about this as i am not happy, and now im just like whats the point in re building, messege me back or im quitting, its up to u, ive been playing this game for about nearly 10 years and this just takes the piss.

Feedback - when trying to link to the support forum pages in a post some of the links don't work. Might need to look at fixing it or removing the 'Link' icon from the post panel.
