Hi, I have spent hours looking everywhere for help with my account but without any luck. In the first post it stats "and ultimately contact our 24/7 Customer Support team should you need to send us a message." but in support nothing ever leads to an option to contact someone

I would like to make a suggestion for fishing after you reach lvl 75 you should allow us to just catch Swordfish or tuna by itself in opinion its actually a good idea so please respond to give me your feed back on this idea
I am having trouble with email and the support centre is not helpful at all for my situation, it says to head to another part but when I do it gives basic info which is not useful.
So this is a semi-rant / Suggestion. There needs to be some kind of ticket system. I'm having an issue with removing my authenticator since i cant get into the Email account that it is registered to and there is NO SUPPORT AT ALL. The support for taking off authenticator is to go into your email.. Thanks when i cant do that. There needs to be more 1 on 1 contact with support staff.

Although I have been an rs player for over a year now; I have never used the forums; I apologize if I have violated any rules.
My issue/suggestion is regarding the Quests interface while playing runescape.
I would like to request a zoom-in feature or simply increase the font of the quests; Especially the name of quests. So that I can see exactly the quest that I want. The filters are nice but it is still tedious to search for the particular quest I am looking for.
An alternative is to add a "search" feature. Therein I would type in the name of the quest partially and it would appear. This small feature can allow some players with vision impairment to read quest names properly---"easy on the eyes"
