Mod Chrisso, about the bots...
(I know this is out of place, but alas. I'll try.)
They're back.
Please, the only thing that is keeping me playing this game (probably with other people too) is the activities where botting is common.
I hunt chinchompas, and thats all I do anymore. Now I find it hard to do so, 1) because there are bots on most worlds and 2) the prices are going to plummet soon.
I beg of you, try your best to stop the bots.

I know it's been said a ton, but they're working on postponing bots for longer periods of time. We've seen them disappear for a long time until as of recently. It's been said there are a few more nukes inbound. (Hopefully each one sets them back more and more) :P

You should try making a thread in the "Tech Support" section of the Forums. After your issue is resolved, and if you can't recover, try asking for advice in the 'Account Help" section. There are numerous people that are capable of answering your questions, and possibly to a greater degree of quality, as this is more of a welcoming (or welcomed :P ) thread for Mod Chrisso. :)
