Murcl254, unfortunately Jagex does not roll back accounts upon request. It's used for serious cases such as botting. Sorry.

They're called titles. you can buy them using Loyalty Points you acquire from becoming a Member. You can clear or buy titles at your choosing. :-)
I personally don't have one, but they are pretty neat.
