Hi guys, I recently fell for this trick in Twitch.. I entered my username and password into the link but when they asked for my bank PIN I realised I was in deep trouble..
So I started panicking and googled what to do.. Can anyone please tell me apart from the steps I have done what else do I need to do?
1)I have an authenticator
2)I have a bank PIN
3)I changed my password twice
4)I added a 2-step verification to my email
5)I scanned my computer for viruses
Please help me I'm afraid of losing my items.. I'm playing in OSRS

I'm not sure in what order you did these steps in. But you should make sure your computer is free of viruses before you change your password or secure your email. If you did it in the correct order then I'd say you are most likely safe.
Also on Facebook, there a TON of ads that'll lead to fake RuneScape websites.
Getting into the community, here to meet friends! Also getting back into RuneScape after some time away!
Hello guys, I've fallen for a fake Woox impersonator on Twitch who had around 2,8k viewers and had a phishing link leading to runescape forums in his description, I clicked it and logged into a fake runescape website which looked completely legit, lost 50mil, can I do anything?
As you still have access to your account, you should work to further secure it. Firstly, you should scan your computer with anti-malware and anti-viral software. You should then add security measures such as authenticator and a bank-pin if you didn't already have them. There are a couple of support pages you can visit to help you with this. The
Securing your Computer and Account
article will provide a more detailed description of the next steps to take following a hijack. You can also work to keep your email address more secure by following this link:
Keep your email secure
.
Report any phishing scams you come across to the host website (Facebook, Twitc, Youtube), and email details of it to [email protected] - but please note that this is a no reply email.
Unfortunately, JaGex cannot return your items to you, as explained in the
Lost Items
article.

I fell for it to up until they asked for my bank pin. As you can see they changed my username. Am I able to get it changed back to what it was without paying for a bond?
