Is there a way to report them on twitch if you have a twitch account?
Bottom right corner is a box with 3 dots 1 above the other. Click that it says Report. It's to the right of Share.
Hope that helps.
Thanks a lot. I don't use twitch much but people do complain about the phishing streams, which i always say just report it on twitch however, i never knew exactly where to report it or tell them where to report them.

TFW jagex has no control over twitch...
So jagex had no choice and they were forced to do a promotion with twitch?
Perhaps Jagex themselves got scammed?
This is what people aren't getting. Some ******* "coder" releases OSBuddy or some other "helper client", people get hyped because they're stupid like sheep, and then down the road once the "helper client" has a ton of downloads he releases an "update" to hijack everyone.
