what I have to say about it:
you obviously are an amateur and dont know what you<re talking about. Scamming is out there already rwt is out there already, where have you been you, if that<s your only reason why we shouldnt bring old wildy back you should try to make an effort and find a better reason.

You make me, and Im sure many others, laugh my ass off. You obviously started this game in 2010 because it is clear that you have no idea what you are talking about.
You also speak like my 12 year old brother, which means you aren't suppose to play this game. With that being said, if you weren't so young, you would be smart enough to not be scammed. You sir, have no argument.

@Loony Can you ever say anything without attacking the person who has said any comment towards you? I'm sure you will try and bash me for addressing you and if that is the extent of your vocal skills then you really should learn some manners and humility. Yes there are ways that RWTers still operate but the methods they use shouldn't be openly discussed so why you ask is beyond me. The "3 day figure" that I referred to in a previous post is based on my experience in other games in which updates and patches are implemented to prevent botting/hacking. It only takes these botters a minimum of 3 days to reappear after these updates and these games' detection software is much better equipped than Jagex's. Lastly as far as these newbies being scammed that will be unfortunate, but it will be the only way they learn. When I first started I was scammed but I learned from my mistakes. The only true way to gain knowledge is to try something and make mistakes and through those mistakes learn the right way of doing things. I am not condoning scamming nor am I condoning botting/hacking, but since the beginning of Runescape til the end of it these elements will always be in this game whether the wilderness/free trade implementation goes through or not. You true reason for being against this referendum is unfounded and I highly suggest you find something else to occupy your time.

Jagex are confident that they have enough new technology to identify rule-breakers so I'm in support of bringing it back.
I am sure they would not consider it if they didn't. Especially as (arguably) Runescape had recently 'turned a corner' with all the wilderness and free trade rants having died down considerably.

also instead of learning through ur mistakes u cud learn through a simple warning
its rather off putting 2 not have a warning 4 something like that
a little bit in the tutorial maybe
and one of my personal reasons 4 being against it is that i dont pk and i have this strange prejudice against someone attacking me and killing me if i go into the wildy
also the only reason i can c 4 voting the wildy back is u can take other peoples items
the majority of the yes voters pk and the no voters dont

Revs are more of a threat than pkers for sure...
With all the worlds in RS some having as little of 300 players on them. No pker will pk on these worlds, the only people left on these worlds in the wilderness are players who are training,doing a quest or doing a clue scroll.
If you to meet it's down to you to escape or fight them. Go prepared.

i think if wildy does comeback ill just pick a random unpopulated world and log switch worlds the moment I see anyone come on the minimap
i wonder how long itll take 4 complaints 2 start arriving about how people teleport/log out

I have a few things to say.
Rares are already being hoarded and sold for ridiculous prices. Junk trading enough said you know it's there you may or may not know how it works but that's why rares are selling 2x as much as what the G.E. says. Just because the G.E. says its 1.2m doesn't mean people will sell it for that much.

Secondly at the people who don't want the wilderness and or think you can vote separately. If you never went there before then don't go there now. Clues USED to be hard. Revenants are a freaking joke. The wilderness might as well be called The happy ball pit because there's no REAL danger in there. Reinstating the wilderness will make people work for clues and make them actually hard again.
As far as the botters. There are still botters right now. There are still ways to buy gold PEOPLE STILL DO IT. reinstating free trade won't make it any worse it'll just make it easier. IMO Jagex needs a way to track trades over "x" gold and if it's a lot maybe look at the chat and see if its suspicious.
Vote yes, this is the best update Jagex has ever given us.
