any j mods gonna tell me when will this start to take effect or when will this update ? because from what i see its all just talks but no actions u guys said all up to us but i see over 500k players voted for the wild and its 90% for yes votes and i dont see any updates yet so any j mods wanna respond to this question?

I bet lots of people posting here haven't even played before 2007... I've personally been playing since 2001, and have NOT played much since 2007... Everyone here is only complaining about the cons of bringing the wildy back (which are mainly opinionated) I will admit some of the points you guys have are good, but some of the other arguments people are bringing up are moronic. Idk about you, but if I want to sell my partyhats, I'd much rather deal with straight cash + items instead of dealing with this junk crap. The G/E was a good idea, but the mechanics have been abused greatly. Merch clans constantly ruin the price of items, as well as scam many players. (Not all merch clans scam, I realize this). Also, when I kill someone with dclaws, I wan'* dclaws, not 100k in loot.

Runescape is now going backwards.
It is losing credibility as it now seems to condone the modern trend of moronic ferals who take great delight in ganging up on people who want to just go about doing things that they enjoy doing.
In this case, skilling, questing, (star hunting, mining, penguins etc)
Once again, it is pandering to those ferrals. They wanted to kill other players, so you gave them PVP worlds, they are still not satisfied, so using a pathetic, and not clear referendum you seem to be giving way to them again.
On a plus side as far as I am concerned, if this goes ahead, Jagex will be losing 5 paying players in this household alone. Money saved looks good lol.

relax! Jagex just wants to get the opinions of as many as possible of its players so just be patient, it will come eventually
(if youve been like me waiting since 2007, you can wait a few more days ;)

Wildy must return. The wilderness used to be dangerous. It used to be a place where you would think twice about taking your santa hat. It used to be a place where you didn't need warning signs and certainlly not a gigantic ditch. When you walked over that invisible border you would just think oh..sht. That is what the wilderness is supposed to feel like.
Sadly that wonderful place was taken from us and runescape has become soft. Nowdays its just lalala gonna do my clue scroll, if sum1 comes ill just run cuz the revenants are slower than my average walking speed! This soft version of runescape has created many overfed spoilt noobs, who say stuff like omg lets make pk worlds and non-pkworlds, just so they can keep killing green dragons with their precious dragon longsword that they wouldn't want to lose.
Of course some things will be a bit more difficult but those are minor problems. Long ago, when wild was a dangerous place, i managed to do clues, i killed green dragons and it was all totally fine. If u needed a clue, then you just go on a low population world. I mean who the @#?! Just sits in an empty world, hoping that they cross pathes with a clue hunter? And green dragons worked nicely. People killed green drags in harmony and if you tried something, you would be slaughtered by everyone else because people looked out for eachother.
Those little discomforts are worth it. Look at the good stuff:
No more endless waiting for EP
No more tuna drops from a level 120
You can make your friend a birthday present.
You can make millions at duel arena.
Falador park will no longer be empty.
Drop partys whereever you want!
Lend your friend 10mil and get 15 back 2 months later!
So go home to your mommy all you soft guys out there scared, that the wilderness will become such a dreadful place that you could actually die! LIKE REALLY DIE!! Omg!! Well boo-hoo. Get used to it. Wildy was never even meant for noobs and cowards

please tell me this referendum isnt a front unless more then 1 million people vote. this isnt even all that advertised, i myself and im sure tons of older players pre 2007 will come back and many that have quit over the last 3 years due to the fact that the game was to strict etc will come back.
For instance you posted the referendum in the identical spot the petition was located and then didnt even announce it was that slide show you have in the front of the site, it looks exactly the same as the petition. According to mod mmg this isnt going to happen unless enough people vote even though a referendom quote from dictionary.***

so far free trade/ wild is winning your vote and to not make it count would turn alot of people on you and probably make alot of people mad enough etc to quit thus making riots etc simaler to after 2007 update changing this game for the last 3 years.
If im willing to come back and put 1 maby 2 accounts as members imagin all the other people willing to do the same
excuse the name i quit a year ago or when ever they started allowing name changes
