I feel you on that. I'm so tired of giant cc clans full of noobs. It used to be harder to get into a good pkin team then just knowing a cc name, you used to have to actually have more skill then pressing attack ---> whoever

I was one of the lower levels who was helped by some higher levels back in the day. I remember my first day of members, some high level merchant was standing merching rune sets in Fally park. I asked him if he had any red dragonhide since I just reached 60 range, he said no but told me to wait there and he ran off. 10 minutes later, he comes back and hands me a free full set of red dragonhide, 200 rune arrows and a magic shortbow which he had to run to his friend in Al Kharid and back for. Bearing in mind that red dragonhide was near impossible to get back then too. I respected the community for all of that. I intend to finally join my true community once more with the free trade since now, I have the levels and abilities to be the one helping others this time. I respect all you old school players, thanks for making RS great. =P
Hence free trade has my vote. It'll hopefully bring old school players back and allow our community to benefit as a whole. Jagex are more up to date and I'm sure that they indeed will not stop combating rwters or botters. Hence, I believe that rwt and bots won't increase vastly.

Im in the same boat as you bud, ive been working to give sets of armour to lower levels. But only being able to give away a certain amount for a time period makes it difficult. Cant wait for this to happen so I can really start helping out.

Same here man I met someone while I was training ranged at rock crabs and he turned out to give me a free black d hide set when I was talking about getting 70 ranged but not having a single gp to my name and that really made me go forward with ranged and get level 99 ranged on my other acc

@astro agree!!!!!!!! i want the old school players in 2005 which is friendly but not noobs in 2007 onwards which starts flaming when u kill them on pvp,e.g. smd son u got lucky. but back in the days there were less flaming and everyone was very polite back then so i hope they would bring it back

Crazy what this came has came to lol. But how bout jagex? i mean there actually trying to change to make it better. Theyve had alot of updates... but it just changed the game too much. Now there listening to everyone and making it better for us.

I still remember in classic, i was a complete noob. And I mean bronze med, leather body, and pink skirt *dont ask, i just found it in varrock* and like a iron sword i worked up money to buy. I was training in Al Karid and got killed. Didnt get back to my body soon enough and everything disappeared. I was devastated haha. But a level 30 or 40 told me not to worry, went to the bank, gave me a full set of iron, and steel. He told me it was free as long as I stayed there and trained untill i could wear the steel, and I had to come back and show him.
Thats my story haha
