Shut up omg, if free trade returns so does the Wilderness, you can't have one and not the other and so what if people vote on multiple accounts, shows how much they care about it and Jagex DID NOT PROMISE to never reinstate the old ways.
They did say though, that there is no point arguing and they will find a way around it. I take it they have
SO STOP COMPLAINING AND JUST PLAY! IF NOT QUIT!

The worst part in all this is that if I had known this was coming I wouldn't have renewed my account for another 6 bloody months. I quit playing in 2007 because the game sucked. I only came back because it changed. There are other fun games out there that I could have invested my cash into if I had had some kind of warning :)

Jagex has not stated they are moving it just they will think about moving some things.
As for the rest that want pking back...doesnt matter if you "say" you have remote chance of running into a pker...if there is a non pvp/pking activity/distraction/quest/whatever jagex wants to call it - that requires you to go into a pvp/pking situation then it needs be addressed. Otherwise players that enjoy that aspect of the game will complain...thats why your seeing posts about clue scrolls. Its a treasure hunt - killing evil dups and priests are part of it - worrying about UBERPKINGKILLER101 getting his rocks off powning a noob, well thats not.
PKers sayin dont bring anything in blah blah. Yeh ok how many times have you killed another player just to get another notch on your epeen belt or cause you just could or cause something inside said lets give another player a bad day...any pvper out there has done it - there is no nice pvpers rotfl - oops I sorwy I didnt mean to kill you - its a certain mentality to pvp.
Quests/activities/distractions arent meant to be pvp/pking. If they are then they already are. To force someone to participate in PvP/PKing because they want to continue doing the same Q/A/D etc they did before its unreasonable. Its just giving noob pvp/pking fodder to over zealous pkers without compensation for added risk.
(PS ever finish a clue scroll and had it automatically open and fill your bags with the loot? Happens frequently. So I spend 30min-1hour-2hours whatever doing clue scroll get to wildy get casket - autoopen and pker slays me steals not only my lousy gear you all suggest but he also gets my unopened casket or all the items I got when it auto opened. Makes no sense as making clue scrolls tradeable)
